"Initializing Java Tooling" takes 25 minutes to load in Designer

Mike,

I have the same problem.

"Initializing Java Tooling" takes about 20-25 minutes to complete, and I can not work with the designer until this task is not finished.

I'm working with version 8.5.3.

My hardware resources are excellent!
- RAM: 6GB
- CPU: Intel I5
- OS: Windows 7 64bit

Really unacceptable that IBM does not provide support or answer to this problem!!!!!
